Before our time!

Check out this piece of legislation that current Undersecretary of the Treasury Greg Zerzan (http://www.treas.gov/organization/bios/zerzan-e.htm) and I wrote before I dropped out of law school and became disillusioned with local politics- (too much turquoise.)
